Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use Pevon, a non-custodial launchpad interface for Robinhood Chain. Pevon is an interface only. It does not take custody of cryptoassets, does not ask for seed phrases or private keys, and does not operate a hosted wallet.

By using the site you acknowledge this policy. If you do not agree, disconnect your wallet and stop using the interface.

1. Who we are

Pevon is the public website available at https://www.pevon.fun and related pages such as Explore, Create, Portfolio, Stats, Docs, Privacy, and Terms. Official updates and support are published on X at @Pevonfun. Pevon will never ask you to send funds, a seed phrase, or a private key to “process support.”

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers information processed in connection with:

  • Browsing the interface in your browser
  • Connecting a self-custodial wallet
  • Reading public blockchain data (launches, balances, reserves, trades)
  • Creating a token, including metadata and optional image upload
  • Local settings stored on your device (for example theme and cached launch lists)

It does not cover third-party wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, Uniswap v4, tokenized-stock issuers, or any token created by someone else on the launchpad. Those parties have their own terms and privacy practices.

3. Non-custodial by design

Pevon does not create, store, or recover wallets. Your keys stay in the wallet software you choose. Transactions are constructed in the interface and submitted only after you approve them. If you lose access to your wallet, Pevon cannot restore it.

We do not collect:

  • Seed phrases, recovery phrases, or private keys
  • Wallet passwords or hardware-wallet PINs
  • Requests that you transfer assets to an “admin,” “support,” or “verification” wallet
  • Government ID or KYC documents through this website

4. Information that may be processed

Most activity on Pevon is public blockchain activity. The interface reads and displays that data. Some limited information is also stored locally in your browser or on the host that serves the website.

4.1 Wallet address and onchain activity

When you connect a wallet, the interface can see the public address you select and, if you sign transactions, the actions you broadcast. Token launches, buys, sells, approvals, fee claims, and related events are recorded on Robinhood Chain. Anyone can look up that activity on a block explorer. Pevon does not need a name or email to show you your positions.

4.2 Token metadata and uploads

If you launch a token, the name, ticker, description, social links, pair, tax, and related parameters are written onchain or stored so they can be referenced onchain. If you upload an image, a copy may be stored so the token page can display it. Do not upload images you do not have the right to use, and do not include personal data in token names, descriptions, or artwork.

4.3 Device and local storage

The site may store small amounts of data in your browser, including:

  • Theme preference (light or dark)
  • A short-lived cache of indexed launches so Explore loads faster
  • Wallet-connection state managed by your wallet and the connect library in the browser

You can clear this data with your browser settings. Disconnecting your wallet stops the interface from reading that address until you connect again.

4.4 Server and hosting logs

The website is served over the internet. The host may automatically receive technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, approximate time, and error traces. These logs are used to operate, secure, and debug the site. Pevon does not use them to build a marketing profile of you.

5. Third parties the interface talks to

To function, the interface may communicate with:

  • Your wallet provider, when you choose to connect
  • Wallet-connect infrastructure used by the connect modal
  • Robinhood Chain RPC endpoints, so the app can read chain state and submit signed transactions
  • Public explorers and indexers, to list launches and transaction history
  • Official logo sources for approved pair assets (for example ETH and tokenized stocks)
  • Decentralized protocols used after graduation, including Uniswap v4 on Robinhood Chain

Those services receive whatever data is required for the request you triggered — typically a public address, contract call, or image URL. Pevon does not sell that information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

Pevon is not an advertising network and does not run third-party ad pixels on the interface. Local storage and similar browser storage may be used for theme, caches, and wallet session state as described above. Your wallet extension may set its own storage independently of Pevon.

7. How information is used

Information is used only to:

  • Render the launchpad, token pages, charts, quotes, and portfolio views
  • Prepare transactions for you to sign
  • Remember interface settings on your device
  • Keep the site available, secure, and reasonably performant
  • Respond to support messages you send on official channels

Pevon does not sell personal information and does not use seed phrases because it never receives them.

8. Retention

Onchain records persist according to the blockchain, not according to this website. Uploaded images may be retained so existing token pages keep working. Browser storage remains until you clear it. Hosting logs are kept only as long as needed for operations and security.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical steps to serve the interface securely. No website or smart-contract system is guaranteed to be free of bugs or unauthorized access. Assume transactions can fail, be delayed, or be exploited by third parties. Protect your wallet. Verify URLs. Bookmark https://www.pevon.fun. Ignore DMs that ask for funds or keys, including messages that use the Pevon name.

10. Children

The interface is not directed at children. If you are below the age of majority in your jurisdiction, do not use Pevon.

11. International use

Blockchain data is globally readable. Hosting and RPC providers may process technical data in more than one country. Do not use the interface if doing so would violate laws that apply to you.

12. Your choices

  • Browse without connecting a wallet
  • Disconnect your wallet at any time
  • Decline any transaction in your wallet
  • Clear site data in your browser
  • Stop using the interface

You cannot delete public blockchain records through Pevon. That is a property of the chain, not of this website.

13. Changes

We may update this policy as the interface changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy. Material changes may also be noted on the site or on @Pevonfun.

14. Contact

Questions about privacy can be sent through the official X account @Pevonfun. Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or funds to anyone claiming to represent Pevon.
