Pevon
Terms of Use
Last updated: September 22, 2026 · Applies to https://www.pevon.fun
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Pevon for access to the website at https://www.pevon.fun and any related pages, apps, or interfaces that display these Terms (the “Interface”).
The Interface lets you view, launch, and trade fixed-supply tokens on Robinhood Chain. It is software. It is not a bank, broker, exchange operator, custodian, investment adviser, or clearing house. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Interface.
1. Acceptance
By visiting the site, connecting a wallet, launching a token, or signing a transaction, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Interface on behalf of an entity, you confirm you have authority to bind that entity.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Interface only if all of the following are true:
- You are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher
- You have the legal capacity to enter a contract
- You are not barred from using cryptoassets or this Interface under the laws that apply to you
- You will not use the Interface for any unlawful purpose
The Interface may not be available in every location. You are responsible for knowing whether local law allows you to launch or trade tokens.
3. The Interface, not a hosted service for assets
Pevon provides a front-end that can read public chain data and help you assemble transactions. Smart contracts on Robinhood Chain execute launches, bonding-curve trades, graduation, fee routing, and (after graduation) Uniswap v4 pool trading.
Pevon does not:
- Hold, stake, or escrow your cryptoassets
- Take possession of your keys
- Guarantee that any token, curve, or pool will have buyers, liquidity, or value
- Endorse any launch, creator, name, ticker, or image shown on Explore
- Provide tax, legal, or investment advice
4. Wallets and transactions
You interact through a self-custodial wallet. You are solely responsible for that wallet, including seed phrase security, hardware devices, approvals, and the addresses you sign for.
Every create, buy, sell, approval, claim, or other onchain action requires your signature. Network fees, slippage, failed transactions, stuck graduations, and MEV are part of using a public chain. Confirmed transactions are typically irreversible. Pevon cannot reverse, cancel, or refund a transaction once it is included in a block.
Always confirm the URL is https://www.pevon.fun before connecting a wallet. Phishing sites may copy the look of Pevon.
5. What you can do on Pevon
Subject to these Terms, you may:
- Browse launches and market data
- Connect a wallet and trade a bonding curve or, after graduation, a Uniswap v4 pool
- Launch a fixed-supply token, including metadata, pair selection, creator tax, optional first buy, and optional buybacks
- Claim creator fees from Portfolio when the contracts allow it
Access may be limited. Public launching can be restricted by onchain allowlists, pair approvals, RPC availability, or Interface maintenance. Pevon may change, pause, or discontinue any part of the Interface at any time.
6. Token launches and metadata
Anyone who is allowed by the contracts may create a launch with any name, ticker, description, or image. Pevon does not verify that a ticker matches a real company, person, or brand. Always check the token contract address, pair, tax, and deployer before you trade.
If you create a launch, you represent that:
- You have the right to use the name, ticker, artwork, and links you submit
- Your launch is not a fraud, impersonation, or unlawful offering under laws that apply to you
- You understand creator tax, snipe protection, pair risk, and graduation terms before you deploy
- You will not use the Interface to launder funds, evade sanctions, or exploit others
Supply, pair, tax, and graduation parameters are fixed at launch. Locked liquidity cannot be withdrawn through the Interface. Graduation means the curve sold out and a pool was created. It is not a quality, audit, or listing stamp.
7. Pairs, including tokenized stocks
A launch may be quoted in ETH or an approved asset such as USDG, cbBTC, or a Robinhood tokenized stock. The pair asset is the currency of that launch: buys, graduation, pool pairing, and creator payouts use it. A stock-paired launch also carries the market risk of that stock. Pevon does not issue those stocks and does not control their price, redemption, or regulation.
8. Fees
Trading may include a protocol fee and a creator tax between 1% and 10%, set at launch and not increasable later. Fees are charged in the quote asset. Optional buybacks, if enabled, may use part of remaining fees to buy the launch token, which then vests. Network gas is separate and paid to the chain.
Displayed quotes are estimates from current reserves and may change before your wallet confirms. Partial fills, snipe tax on opening seconds, and failed RPC calls can change what you receive.
9. No financial advice; tokens can go to zero
Nothing on the Interface, Docs, X account, or any Pevon channel is an offer to sell a security, a recommendation to buy or sell, or a promise of profit. Tokens listed or launched through the Interface can be extremely volatile and can lose all value. You can lose the entire amount you spend. Past volume, market cap, or graduation is not a predictor of future results.
You are solely responsible for your trading decisions, tax reporting, and any obligation to treat a token as a security, commodity, or other regulated instrument in your jurisdiction.
10. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Hack, scrape in an abusive way, or overload the Interface
- Impersonate Pevon, a team member, or another project
- Upload malware, CSAM, or content you do not have rights to
- Use the Interface to steal, defraud, or threaten others
- Circumvent sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law
- Mislead people into sending keys or funds to you while using Pevon branding
- Interfere with bonding curves, oracles, graduation, or locked liquidity except through intended contract calls
11. Intellectual property
The Pevon name, logo, and Interface design are associated with this project. You may not copy the Interface in a way that confuses people into thinking a phishing site is Pevon. Token names, tickers, and images are provided by their creators, not by Pevon, and may be third-party trademarks used without our verification.
12. Third-party protocols and software
The Interface depends on Robinhood Chain, wallets, RPC nodes, explorers, Uniswap v4, and pair-asset issuers. Those systems can halt, fork, be congested, be censored, or contain bugs. Pevon is not responsible for their uptime, correctness, or policy changes. Links to X, Telegram, explorers, or other sites are provided for convenience only.
Treat the smart contracts as unaudited unless a later official notice from @Pevonfun says otherwise. Public launching may be limited.
13. Experimental software; assumption of risk
You understand and accept that:
- Smart contracts can contain undiscovered vulnerabilities
- Quotes, charts, holder lists, and market caps can be wrong, delayed, or incomplete
- RPC rate limits and explorer outages can hide or delay data
- Snipe tax, creator tax, and pair choice can make two trades look similar and settle very differently
- If you send tokens to a contract address by mistake, they may be unrecoverable
- If graduation is stuck, others may push it forward, or quote may later be returnable under contract rules — there is no guarantee of a particular outcome
You use the Interface at your own risk, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
14. Disclaimers
THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Pevon DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT ANY TOKEN WILL HOLD VALUE.
15. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pevon and people who operate, build, or host the Interface are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or lost cryptoassets, even if advised of the possibility.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars or (b) the amount you paid Pevon directly for access to the website in the thirty days before the claim — which may be zero because the Interface is a public website, not a paid custody product.
Some places do not allow certain limitations. In those places, the limits apply to the fullest extent allowed.
16. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Pevon and people who operate the Interface from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable legal fees arising out of your use of the Interface, your launches, your content, your violations of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
17. Suspension
We may block, geo-restrict, or stop serving the Interface, including for security, legal, or abuse reasons. Onchain contracts may continue to exist even if this website is offline. You can still interact with them through other tools if the chain is available. That does not create a duty for Pevon to keep a front-end online.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated Terms apply when posted, with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the Interface, you accept the new Terms. The official X account @Pevonfun may also announce material changes.
19. General
If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These Terms are the entire agreement for your use of the Interface and replace prior versions. Pevon’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without consent. We may assign ours, including to an affiliate or successor that continues the Interface.
Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation.”
20. Contact
Official contact is the X account @Pevonfun. Pevon will never ask you to send funds, a seed phrase, or a private key to process a request. Related reading: Privacy Policy and Docs.
